Linda Turley
Ms. Turley handles cases in our Products Liability, Negligence, Medical Malpractice and Special Projects sections.  Through out her career she has handled serious injury and death cases.

Ms. Turley began practicing law in 1983. She has been board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1988. Ms. Turley has the highest professional and ethical ranking among her peers (AV). 

Ms. Turley earned a B.S. degree from Georgetown University and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors in 1983. She frequently teaches other lawyers on issues involved in preparation and trial of injury and death cases. In fact she has written more than 35 articles on a variety of subjects involved in trial practice. Ms. Turley’s jury argument in Schwartz v. John Deere is included in the Million Dollar Argument series. She is a repeat selection to the Texas Super Lawyers' list.

Included among her professional memberships are the Texas Trial Lawyer Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. She has held many leadership positions within these organizations including Chair of the ATLA Product Liability Section and Women Trial Lawyers’ Caucus. She has also served on the ATLA Board of Governors and as a Director of the Dallas and Texas Trial Lawyer Associations. Some of Ms. Turley’s other professional activities include service as a member of the Task Force on Revision of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and participation in the Inns of Court.
